It would seem that everyone has one. We, at least, jettison from the program.

This was brought up on the morning sports talk show on local radio here in ATL; indicating that the University might be responsible in a civil action also. A lot of other circumstances would need to be determined, but I thought it was interesting that both Funderburk AND WVU might be targets of a civil lawsuit.
