Show the man some love people.

Did an excellent job today. He was key in stopping the 2nd half run Bama was making and getting our lead back up to a very comfortable margin. Got it done on both ends of the floor.

He's worked hard on his FTs too. He used to be a liability at the line but
he's getting pretty good at them.

"I thought the game was won by Dakari today[/B]," John Calipari said after the game. "The game was touch and go, and Dakari just went basket, basket, basket. And the team went crazy because they knew what he was doing."

He can't jump over a telephone book without a running start but he's strong as an ox and relentless on the glass. Love him (except on alley oops).

Glad to see he's moved on from that viscous blow to Jones. Let's just hope he put that behind him for good.

My favorite player. This team needs him to win it all. He can provide scoring at any time. Every time he makes a free throw that's another point the other team has to earn and against this defense, good luck.

Been dying for him to play like this. What he did well was catch the ball in the perfect spot, be patient and use his width on his drop step. A couple of his moves were text book post moves. Good job Big D. GBB

Dakari is Caliparis enforcer. Bama came out the second half and started to get more physical with Towns and Willie, in comes Dakari. He puts that big *** on them and just mauls them.

Liked the left hand drop step. Also like how they were sending Ulis to the corner and giving DJ two good kickout options on the same side with Booker.

The big guys a beast. Hes struggled a lot because teams double him so much, but hes a real offensive threat, and those double teams are a big indicator that that is true

Johnson is the man. He was D-ing up like a boss in the 2nd half, out there guarding the 3 point line, saying bring it on biatches. He was the catalyst in the 2nd half.

He's amazingly efficient with that drop step from the right block...I guess really either block. If he can avoid getting double-teamed and hold on to the ball, it's a nearly unstoppable move for him. He's never going to out-jump or jump over anyone, so I hope he can use this move effectively through the rest of the season.

One of the most upsetting things for me for dakari was the louisville game. His offensive game and size in general was the absolute perfect weapon against that defense, and the officials really screwed him in the way they let louisvilles guards hack and grab him when he got the ball. If that game is played in a more efficiently officiated game, i think dakari has a field day. Hes a really special college basketball player

He missed some un guarded looks right under the basket that drove me crazy....7 foot with no vertical..

Love his effort, but he has to finish better.

Another great quality from Dakari is his killer instinct. The guy plays with attitude and bullies other post players. I like it!

DJ uses his size so well. Doesn't rush things. Nice footwork. Vertical is a liability but plays smart enough to overcome it. One of my favorite players on the team.

I love Dakari but I still haven't figured out why he doesn't go straight up!! He goes up for the "shot" leaning inward and gets blocked several times. Some are blocked without jumping. T jones did this same thing while here and it was never fixed. I mean, this is one of the easier things to fix for a big man and it's not getting done

He was great today, you could see it in his eyes, he wasn't going to be denied, there are two things that can happen when you go up strong, you are either going to get fouled or you dunk it, it looks like he has figured that out. I was so proud he decided to take it up strong, I just hope he keeps doing it because if he does no one can stop him.
