Hearing we are getting a visit from Drexel's Damion Lee, do we have a legitimate shot at landing him?

If he is visiting we have a shot. The 3 spot is wide open. Only returning 3 is Aaron. Deng Adel will add depth from the HS ranks.

That would be good news. I have read about Maryland making a strong push for him. If we can get a visit have to like our chances.

Anyone have any insight into this? He could help this team a lot and really make UL a contender next year with Lewis and the freshman coming in.

Aaron leaving and Layman (MD) staying help our chances but many schools still after him including UNC (esp. since Tokoto announced).

There's interesting speculation on the premium board about Damian Lee ... I'd say we have a very good shot at landing him. Maryland seems to be the competition, and given that he's originally from Baltimore, may be tough to overcome.

However -- there are some compelling reasons why Maryland may not be geographically friendly for Damian ... We have a very good shot at ultimately landing him.

He'd be a big boost to the roster, for sure. An athletic, 6'6" wing, who can score, and play defense. It'd be great to land him.
