Their customer support staff must be small (like their technical support) as they will not respond to any more of my questions on live chat.

Their two interns do the customer service stuff. But their ride north on the Manheim bus up to the Horizon got interrupted when they realized they hadn't eaten since lunch. So they're at Walt's Beef to get a couple dipped w peppers and cheese. They'll be at the Horizon before the end of halftime and this thing'll be cleaned up before the end of the game. And we got your credit card so no biggy.
