His seat is raging hot down in Florida. If he’s available, is he a name we want?

Would probably get us to 9-10 wins a year, but then fans will start complaining that he can't get over the hump. Sound familiar.

If he can’t make magic happen at a school where they had pick recruits in state you think he will be able to revive Nebraska?

But if he can't hack it at FLa with all their talent In the backyard
.then what makes u think he would do well here? With our recruiting challenges?

I Mean recruiting is a layup at FLA

And if he is losing w top end talent at FLa..why would he win at NU without top end talent?

I mean
..right?

He has won 10, 11 and 8 games in his three full seasons at UF. I would be OK with the hire.

He's not exactly losing at Florida. He's tied for 2nd place in the eastern 2 times and finished 1st in division once.

He is 102 - 59 as a HC from Pennsylvania.

Florida is stupid if they fire him.

It would be a good hire in my opinion.

I agree BUT UF did not want him in the first place. They got jerked off by Chip and Scott.

Mullen isn't getting fired this year. He's got 4 easy games left and will finish 8-4. I know Florida has high expectations, but he will get at least one more year.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. His offense would kill it in the Big 10. Just get a decent DC to pair with him, and you can't make a much better hire than that.

the hump of beating Alabama and Georgia is much steeper than Wisconsin and Iowa.

Maybe but also he (is rightfully) throwing shame and embarrassment on a lot of fans.
Remedial.

That guy is 2 coaches and two failed jobs ago.

It's the Bo dong slobbering fools who keep bringing that dead coaching career back up from the grave to stink up the place every damn time their vajayjay aches for his demon faced grimacing teeth to ripple across their sore whonannies after a loss.

Was the Frank slobbering as messy as this here back in the day?

No, you are getting made fun of and you don;t know it.
Dude I see it as it is. Bo can remain in the past along with everywhere coach in the past.

The loudest criers here are those bo pole smokers dude. They chirp every chance they get. Like a bunch of baby pheasant birds who's parents ended up on my plate in November.

I don't get that...does that mean you kill birds and small animals like serial killers?

At this point Pee Wee Herman would be an upgrade. And even though the record would be the same. The pressers would be solid gold..

He'd be great but he'll likely win his next 4 games and not be on the hot seat. Florida has a keeper in Mullen.

They want Mullen gone in Florida!! People down here are NOT like Nebraska fans. Alabama, Georgia, FSU, LSU, Texas NOT gone put up with losing to teams that you have the same or better too.

His seat is a an inferno! They just can't figure why Frost wasnt fired last year...

No more coaches who got fired (Callahan) or were about to get fired (Riley). That means NO Bill O'Brien, DAN Mullen....find someone who is STILL WANTED by his present team.

Heck yes we would want Mullen. Winning in the SEC is a whole lot harder than anywhere else and his teams at both MSU and Florida have been relatively good. MSU is actually a very tough gig considering its profile versus every other team in that division and he was still as successful as you can hope to be. Turning down Mullen would be stupid.

The guy had Mississippi State as the number 1 team in the country one time. Let that sink in....yes he can coach AND would be a huge upgrade.

We would be 7-2 with him right now imo.

It's actually usually the opposite camp that brings Bo up all the time and has some kind of obsession with him and slobbering over his dong to put it in your words. I think he's a decent but not great coach who couldn't quite get over the hump and whose time has come and past. Do I hate the guy for it? No, though I do find it odd that people still hold a grudge over his time here.

Fair enough. I don't hate him either. He moves my needle the same as all the previous coaches post Oz.

But I counted 2 or 3 posts where someone came in after the Purdue loss and made a comment on how Bo Pelini wouldn't have lost.

I seen ZERO regarding they are glad Bo is gone.

But I agree the Boleavers should stay silent as well.

All the subject of Bo is going to do is get Cornhusker fans trashing one another.
