At this stage the main measure to watch is recruiting. You must have the Jimmy's and Joe's before the x's and o's will work. I'm not talking about top talent, they are not going to go to Lincoln. Solid players that can be developed. If his recruiting is looking good, as a poster above stated, who are you going to get that is better. If the recruiting is not there, next shooter up.
Rhule understands the recruiting element - understatement. He knew the cupboard was empty before he took the job. He is not worried about schematics, he's worried about having players that can execute them.
