not negotiating from position of strength records last four years 7-6. 4-8. 7-6. 8-5. I can see Lyons
And and administration not extending contract.
That being said in many ways I like Dana but bottom line is everyone needs to make their boss

It's really easy to look at things on face value. Anyone that can eliminate the emotion out of it and do some analysis you easily see why the record indices are what they are. And yes, some of it is on Dana.

He has two years remaining on current contract. I don't know who wants what so I will not attempt to offer anything not knowing facts. Not knowing obviously is not a PR to having strong feelings and opinion on MMB. But what is wrong with utilizing the two years on current contract and prove the team improving. That is the basis(and I agreed) given by Luck when he decided to replace Stew.

DH has been on training wheels ever since he made it to Morgantown. Should we not ask Luck's question, "Can we win a NC with the current staff"? Obviously not, since we cannot win all the games we feel we really should win. I don't dislike DH and his brand of ball because it is intended to be exciting. I just don't believe he has proven that he is worth more salary and is not worthy of another contract extension until he puts the product on the field that would demand an automatic 3-5 year contract. Just my opinion while not knowing what either side is hung up on.
