I don’t think Wickline is a bad line coach either most mock drafts have Cajuste a first round pick.... if Crook wanted to come back he does have kid he coached at wvu playing in a playoff game this weekend for Colts.

Wickline is a good to great OLine coach.

His problem at Texas was Charlie Strong's S&C coach.

You can't have great OLine unless they are dogs in the weight room.
Especially with OLine. All the ******** at Maryland was because Rick Court was trying to install that dog mentality into the OLine.

Wick is adept at coaching pass blocking, he sometimes struggles with run blocking.

On the other hand, Crook is adept at coaching run blocking, though he struggles with pass blocking.

None of this matters, though. Because Matt Moore is very likely to be the new OL coach at WVU.

But on Wright (and to an extent Nester), it's bigger than just securing 2 blue chip OL recruits. It's about securing the 2 best prospects from the state your school represents. That means something.
