I saw this on the Michigan web site. In the 11 years that David Cutcliffe has been the head football coach at Duke, there has never been a transfer out of the program. That is impressive; says a lot about Duke academics and the players that come to Duke

Truly does as Cut has recruited young talent he's not afraid to play early, while others have bought in to his redshirt policy to get stronger in the weight room. OFC

Cut has had players leave to play as grad students elsewhere. Everett Edwards, Reno Rosene, Brandon Connette, Quaven Ferguson, Terrell Lucas, Jordan Hayes, Jack Willoughby, others.

Still, his retention rate is pretty good.
