He has the talent to play for a lot of teams but OU is as loaded at RB as any team in the country.

I wish David the very best and hope he tears it up at Jacksonville State. He's got a lot of tread left on the tires and the few times I saw him play (Spring Game mostly), he showed he as the talent to be a very good RB. As bc pointed out, we're loaded at RB, so I can't blame the guy for moving on if he wants to play.

Senior, I don't think that's the reason he chose to leave, but some (horns) will spin it that way.

Oh, I don't either, Schoonerman. I accept it at face value, that David wants more playing time, but 'They' will run with it as 'Another One Bites the Dust'...The timing is coincidental, but regrettable, IMO...

The destination was not discused, but the fact that he was transferring was commonly known on the premium board before this semester started. So anybody who attributes it to stupid frat rats is worse than misinformed.

I don't blame the kid either. Unless he changed positions, there was no way he was going to see the field with the number of guys he has ahead of him. Best of luck to the kid.
