I’m mostly here for the posters freaking out and saying things like “we will be lucky to be 10th!!!” during and after quarters.

Hold onto your pants…today will be a roller coaster. I have a feeling that once all the blood is spilled we will be in a decent spot, all things considered.

Yep. This morning could be rough. There's opportunity to pull a few upsets, sure. Would love for 3-4 semifinalists. But multiple losses this morning isn't the end.

Even if this morning goes chalk, 1 qf win, there's still a realistic path to a trophy. It's all about Friday night. Going to need a team of bloodround warriors!

Give me Cali, PK and Angelo and I'll be happy, that would give us a few real good matches to look forward to tonight.
Really hope PK opens up a bit and gets an early TD against Karch... he's been playing with fire with these no TD matches too often.
Same with Angelo, get an early one THEN use your elite defense to win!

Looking at his bracket it probably not the worse place for an undersized guy to be Lawrence from west Virginia is tuff get past that he's got sollars of indiana or berger from sdsu who i think looks to be kinda undersized 197 to if he wins Merrill or remy cotton who he wrestled at big tens and lost 4 1 sv

FFS a month ago did anyone think we'd have 7 guys 1 match away. Yah its gonna get tuffer its the quarterfinals of the ncaa we get it might take some L's this morning but most of are guys are in a decent spot

While most certainly underdogs in most matches, to me there is only 1 match that is not winnable and that is at 285. Bastida finishes those leg attacks Kueter was able to stuff against Mirasola. As we have seen so far, upsets are certainly in play. Here's hoping for at least 4 wins in the quarters and both consolation matches this morning.

I want Dean as part of that package deal, and like others have said, I too like the way Bailey is wrestling. I think Dean and Bailey are capable of pulling off upsets.
