Let’s call it like it is. We won two matches in sudden victory or TB. Are we still peaking if those coin flips go the other way?!?
BOTH beat guys seeded ahead of them. Kennedy beat a guy he lost to 7-3 just a week and a half ago. YES, they are wrestling about as close to their best as one could reasonably expect. ACROSS THE BOARD this team has brought their best in March.

You can argue that their best isn't good enough for you, but it DOES NOT change the fact they are doing it....

Two days of the National Tournament and I didn't see one adrenaline dump.

There might have been one that I didn't see, but I doubt it.
Keep poking. This bear just had a nice taste of honey and he is going to focus on savoring it!

Of course you aren’t going to answer the question. Is it still peaking when our number 1 guy at 184 for half the season beats someone he’s beaten before? Of course I’m happy, but let’s not act like we just did something unprecedented. We beat guys we’ve beaten this year.

I only was able to catch a few matches, but how many takedowns outside of Caliendo does Iowa have in the semis. I saw Angelo got one in OT.
Have they gotten any in regulation?
Caliendo ( an Illinois kid- by the way) is really carrying the torch for the Hawks.

I think its more because Angelos been dealing with injury while Sinclair since then has dominated pretty much everyone he wrestled Sinclair was probably the favorite there

Anybody know what Ben weighed in at for the first day of the tournament? I saw preseason he had gotten up to 245 but I think I remember seeing during the season he was weighing in at 233 or so if my memory serves me.

I know you’ll hate my opinion and say some dumb rodent ****. But

is Kennedy beating Carson peaking or just coin flip going his way.

Ferrari already beat Sinclair this year.

I honestly thought hey should have thrown it for Mikey too when it was close. I think he had a take down in one sequence. Mike C asked for the brick too. Are they bringing them home it’s them?
For sure, but I was fine keeping that one in their pocket. Caliendo was rolling, and there was a good chance he’d pick up at least one more TD. Kennedy vs. Kharchla always felt like a “first takedown wins” match, so not throwing it there when it was that tight was insane. Like I said, Brands is lucky it worked out.

0% chance they overturn that to a TD.

He just wrestled a STUD who he barely beat the same way early in the season when he was fully healthy. Yes, I believe he is wrestling at his peak for the current condition his body is in....

Yeah, "peaking" is ultra subjective, and premature. We're just half way . I'll wait for my opinion on that after the tourney.

Say what you want, but Rocco, Angelo, Max, and Sinclair are absolutely the top 4 at 184 and it isn't close or debatable. Putting 3 of them on the bottom and Rocco up top was complete ******** by the seeding committee. Also, you are the man Angelo!
Yep, total BS! And none of them four are going to get upset by a 20-something ranked guy...what hogwash! Love Angelo!!
