Agree, screw waiting until the weekend to mow. Now I can get home in time to knock out the backyard and one side one evening and then the front yard and the other side the next weekday evening. Also helps to have time to go dig in the dirt/water the garden.

I agree that DST can be beneficial to those who want to work around the yard or have an extra hour for recreational activities. I just wish that we would go with it year-round and stop this nonsense of changing the clock twice a year!

Indiana finally figured out how dumb that is.
Of course they were a complete cluster&^&&*, some counties were in eastern time zone, some central, some observed daylight savings time some didn't.

Good idea. Colbert's take was make the change at 4 pm Wednesday. Then at 4 pm, peeps be like "Woohoo! It's 5 o'clock! I'm outta here!"

4 pm Friday sounds even better.
