Josh needs to have a heart to heart conversation with entire coaching staff. There is little cohesiveness and focused purpose amongst them. The roster should've complete before Derby and well balanced. They have and are failing on all fronts. Looking at majority of schools we compete against versus where we are is embarrassing.

Coaching staff went out a picked up a few dudes and called it a day. Practicing their chipping over on Floyd Street now..
