All of my tools at the top are not working. From the Bold all the way across the top to preview. They are there but very light in shade and disabled. Is anyone else having this problem ?

Somehow it got turned off and only these were showing [ ], I clicked on these [ ] and it is now working. I guess clicking on it turns it on and off.
