He reminds me a little of UF’s Clayton. I would rather have Dent or Agbim, someone more athletic but I wouldn’t be upset at landing a guy that’s good and has 2 years left, and maybe more if the NCAA looks into a 5th year for all

I like the wing from Tulane, the guard from Sam Houston State ,freshman guard from Howard, the James Madison guard, SDSU Gwath, Agbim, Dent, Max Green, the big Yaxel from UAB plus this guy from UNLV, would be happy with any of them

Carlin Hartman, the top assistant at Florida, was an assistant at UNLV under Kevin Kruger for a few years.

Was an assistant at Oklahoma under Lon Kruger before that, so there's a Gators connection there as well (Lon Kruger took Florida to their first ever Final Four back in the 90s).

Florida will definitely be a factor here.

Thomas gets over 2 assists per turnover.

He doesn’t get many steals and is rather mediocre at shooting.

His box score stats aren’t impressive at all, but I’ll defer to the expertise of the coaches.

When I watch the game vids, I really expected him to get pushed around at 205lb. He actually played stronger than that. Maybe he didn’t play many brutes. Of course it was his highlights.
