playing a lot better than I thought they would be able to. The Davis boys will be beasts, Freedom was held all game and still played good and Dzuris is serviceable and playing all out. We might need to go Juco for a DE/ OLB. Interior looks good!

Just rewatched the game, freedom's Jersey had to have doubled in size as much as it was getting tugged. Just watch the last play with the pick. Insane. Something has to be said about that crew. I can only imagine how Bo would have reacted.

Yeah, as stated in the other thread, there were so many missed holding calls. Holding happens on about every play, but those were blatant!

YES; YOU GO WITH how blatant the holds were; then add the total lack of calls against Indiana in general -
The officials were caught up with the crowd; there should be penalties for this imbalance and replays should cost them. They need to cut the holding back; it can ruin the game. I liked MSU until last year when they virtually held everything all day long mercilessly - thats coaches and it su

Maybe we will get lucky this week and get Jeff and his incompetent crew again since it looks like we get Ed diarrhea of the mouth Cunningham again.

You know I used to think it was just that fans were a bit to sensitive to announcers but after a few years of this guy he is definetly slanted against NU for some reason

yes ... there is no more hostile environment in all of college football than the 2/3 full Memorial Stadium in Bloomington, Indiana. (max capacity 52K) <sarcasm>

the officials simply stunk ... the crowd had nothing to do with it

Definitely impressed with the DL so far. I thought they would have a much rougher learning curve. And Dzuris has served me up some crow a bunch of times, he's been playing well.

I wasn't wild about their offensive game plan in this one. Felt like this was one that they should have hammered the run and won a super ugly, boring one. We had a "bad Tommy" day and the D got them a touchdown and then iced it with that late INT.
