I'm looking at the UK Roster and I see something pretty typical for a team that spends most of the game with a three man front:
All of these guys fit neatly into the standard three man front defense. I can clearly see their roles in base packages, the nickle, or dime units. Then, I scroll a little further down the roster and see these names:
So, here's the question: In your opinion, how will Stoops use these two in game situations? Schematically, where do they fit in?
- Standard 3-4 NT's: thick, big bodied, +330 lbs. run stuffers (Elam, Pringle, and Hyde)
- Standard 3-4 DE's: supersized DE's, around 300 lbs, strong enough to hold the edge, athletic enough to get in the backfield if needed. (Meant, Miggins, and Dubose)
- Standard 3-4 OLB's: Athletic freakshows, 235 lbs. with strength, speed and explosion, pass rushers that can play from a 2 or 3 point stance. (Ware, Allen, and Laster)

- Alvonte Bell: 6-5, 260lbs
- Kengera Daniel: 6-5, 260lbs
