$400/book is a good price BUT if you don't have a solid buyer lined up in the next few hours I'd highly recommend using StubHub's LMS (Last Minute Services) option. You'd have to overnight the tix to StubHub at their Atlanta on-site address before they would show up in their listings, every time that I've had to resort to using LMS they have come through for me.
