Congrats to Palmer! I think a Lackawana kid also just got drafted this year (2019 draft) in like the 4th round by the Jets.
Also, today in an nice event Northumberland High just had 6 student-athletes (a NHS record I'm sure) sign to play college sports (mostly D-III). All 4 boys are played football for NHS but only Palmer signed for football.
Collin Saunders - CNU - Baseball
Caleb Davis - Ferrum - Wrestling
Bowe Rogers - Bridgwater -Baseball
Delvin Palmer - Lackawana- Football
Brantly Swift -Bridgewater- Softball
MacKenzie Osborne - Virginia Wesleyan - Field Hockey
Well done.
