James Devine, a Democratic operative from New Jersey ,created a #HuntRepublicanCongressmen hashtag Thursday, one day after a gunman shot at Republican congressmen in Virginia and wounded Louisiana Rep. Steve Scalise.

The New Jersey Democrat also went after injured Scalise.

I posted earlier that this kind of stuff leads others to shoot back. Not good. Some think we are headed for a sort of civil war. They may be right. What started on college campuses is now spreading on the left and it will only be a matter of time until someone on the right acts.

If the recent ruling in the suicide texting case as absurd as it was, is where we're headed, this person could be found liable.

Yeah, I agree that the little girl should be given court ordered counseling or something to that degree, but liable for manslaughter? Horrible decision there. Opening the door (prosecutor and judge) to all kinds of nonsense with that decision.
