Man is that building small. If I were to guess, that building couldn't hold more than 6700 or 6800 people tops

Ya think?

Kinda gotta admit that the basic structure has some pretty good old bones for them to simply tear it all out and build it up again. Except for the size which is determined by the real-estate as much as the frame work, I think, it is going to be essentially a brand new arena.

Actually Holy Cross just built a brand new facility of their own. ESPN was showing it off in one of their telecasts from there. Should give the Carmody Crusaders a competitive advantage in that conference!

That photo reminds me of McGaw Hall when I was at NU. It even has a dust haze.
