Will Campbell I like this offer. The kid is not anywhere near a OAD but he has great length, is certainly athletic, and is getting good coaching at Blair. He could bring some instant defense and rebounding off the bench, plus his footwork and offensive skills are improving. It is possible that Florida could be tough competition in this one, but I like Duke's chances. Let's meet halfway and call him six eleven but his wingspan is really huge.
Actually, I'm not sure. Report I read said they were "close," and ended up at same prep school.

I looked after seeing the Deng offer, but couldn't find anything. Maybe these won't be very public recruitments over the summer.
I'm sure we will get Carter but I REALLY REALLY WANT BAMBA!!
Don't mean to come across as greedy, but, I'd really like to get Bamba, Carter, Trent, Knox, Diallo, Gak, oh and maybe a 4 yr pt guard who could team up with Tre Jones the following year like Cook did.
Not saying you're wrong or that I'm disagreeing, but you're going to really like Carter. Like a lot. Like Okafor levels of enjoyment.
And if we can put Bamba with Carter so Carter doesn't have to be an interior defensive stopper. O.M.G.
He'll be a 3-4 year player who will give Duke something for all four years. He won't be buried when/if he gets here.
Duke is looking to gain a couple of commits before the Olympics. I really wouldn't be surprised to see a commit or two before July.
Probably not Knox, but fingers crossed for Carter and Gak. And maybe one guard.
Yeah, just saying Knox may take the summer and fall to decide.
I think you'll see Trent and Diallo fade in terms of a Duke recruitment and Green, Waters and one or two others rise.
