Maybe we should hire Corso to follow these guys around from now on and tell them how terrible they are? ;)
Someone said Sabin said UK did not belong in the SEC.

That would motivate me to try and kick Bama,s ***. You all know that Harris and the Number two back were hurt and won't play.

The stars are aligning. Haha

Corso has a real problem with UK. Coached at U of Smell and IU, right? He just needs to get older and fade away.

what corso said was the truth ,it's hurts but UK has got plenty chances to prove him wrong. We are laughing stock of major college football and for one week that will quiet down if we roll over next week like we did against florida and get beat by70 that kind of talk will return

Hopefully they will print a picture of Lee along with the comment and then should pinned it on a wall so they can see it every day.

Little known fact: Lee Corso's pockets have zippers on them. He has to zip them up so his crazy pills don't fall out when he goes into his spasms on tv.
Zipped pockets...

But it's not true that "UK defense is worse in college football history".
- This year alone UK is at 463 yards a game (and worst team is at 558 yards per game) and is ahead of 20 other teams. Cal, Virginia, Texas Tech, Syracuse are all P5 teams below us. Nearly the same stats hold true on scoring defense
- UK is a rather solid team in manufacturing TOs...51st in country. And this stat really appeases some of the other issues which are fair but make no mistake...taking the ball away is the 2nd most important part of defense behind keeping opponent from scoring.

On an all time basis Maryland went a full season giving up 553 yards per game in 1993, La Lafette gave up over 50 pts a game in 1997. Even for just UK...look up Hal Mumme's defensive stats, or one of Rich Brooks' teams with Mike Archer as DC. They'll end up worse than the 2016 UK defense.

Well they are one of the worst defenses. There are problems if you can only get fired up, because some washed up coach and announcer says something bad about you.

Corso's claim to fame is he's a clown, has always been a clown. It's the only reason he's on Game Day.
If Game Day goes to Clemson next week he probably shouldn't show up. They've been having a problem with clowns in South Carolina lately.

So not being statistically one of the worst defenses in the NCAA isn't motivation enough to play better, it took a below average ex-football coaches comments on a tv show to motivate them?
No kidding. Corso was 73-85 as a college coach. Not quite Saban territory, or even Lou Holtz.

If Lee Corso is the most motivating factor for our defense then Stoops needs to be let go now. We have a defensive minded HC (at elast we are supposed to). Why isn't being a good defensive unit that has some pride and shows up in every game enough motivation for those scholarships. Why must we be in dire straits before the coaches can ge the players to buy in?

Knew this post was coming.

It really doesn't matter where, or from what, they find their motivation from.....as long as they play inspired like they did last night.

Tbe thing that pissed me off about what he said was in the whiny voice " When is basketball season going yo start" Saying we have no football fans basically!

My guess is it was the cherry on top, the proverbial straw, whatever you want to call it after we the fans gave them ten kinds of hell for their performance thus far on the season combined with the public lambasting from CMS and what was certainly a closed door tirade that made the paint peel off the walls.

During the time when Corso was at U of L, they were being very competitive in their conference or as an independent and Kentucky was about where they are today. Yet, Kentucky would have beat Louisville by two or three touchdowns in any year back then and it may not have been that close!
