It’s one of the 3 collectives approved, vetted, and listed by UK on the UK athletics website. What is Commonwealth Causes? There is a Queen of Hearts raffle I might enter but want to know where the remainder of the pot goes. Exactly what "charity" am I donating to? There is also a bourbon raffle. It is selling $15,000 worth of tickets at $100 a pop but it never actually mentions a charity the proceeds are going to. I might do it as a donation if I like the charity enough.
Yes, but I still can't find the answer to the question of who is getting the 150k from the bourbon raffle? Checked all the links with no answer. I would really like that bourbon but want to make sure I'm not supporting a terrorist group.
The donor has to do a little work.except you have no idea who's involved, the expense ratio, cut the manager takes, the ultimate recipient nor who chooses said recipient.
Key word there being "net". You have to wonder how much is being kept for administrative fees and expenses . This could greatly affect the "net proceeds"The donor has to do a little work.
At least one of the organizations linked, above, states that 90% goes to student/athletes:
“90% of the net proceeds will be paid directly to student-athletes.”
This is from the 15 Club link, above.

The collectives have to be registered with the state. Go to the Ky Sec State website and do a business search.
I found Athlete’s Advantage immediately. It does not look like it is filed an annual report. And, it is not a non-profit. Riley Park is the authorized representative. I could not locate the articles of incorporation or any other paperwork, but it was organized in February 2022, so an annual report may be forthcoming. It was apparently formed in Wyoming, so may need to go there for documentation. The average fan should not have to go through that much trouble. Also, although I didn't spend that much time on it, I could not locate anything about the 15club/ky15 nor Ryan Miller nor athlete advantage.
One would think the 15 club, being a 501c3 would have it's official info easily located (like for example the commonwealth causes one in this post); but it doesn't.
It should not be that difficult to find out who's behind these and judge for yourself how much money you think they are making off your "donation". Because there might well be better ways to spend your nil money
You can find more at the sec of state for Wyoming, including the initial filing documents.I found Athlete’s Advantage immediately. It does not look like it is filed an annual report. These may be two different companies, but the one I found was incorporated by “Registered Agents Inc.”.The name used in all the marketing materials is "athlete advantage" ran by a guy named Ryan Miller. I think you found a different entity.
Kentucky sos has nothing for athlete advantage or Ryan Miller that I could find. Nothing for any variation of the collective, which should be prominently displayed on their website for 501c3 info. I don't think it has to be, but it certainly should be
Caveman is correct. It was incorporated in Wyoming. As was Big Blue Legacy, which was also incorporated to support the collective. The name used in all the marketing materials is "athlete advantage" ran by a guy named Ryan Miller. I think you found a different entity.
