Quite a bit of youth there at spots. Not a bad thing I'm sure they earned it. GBR

Kai Wallin backing up Ty is a surprise..

Knew Alvano would eventually be our place kicker..

Didn't realize fb battle was that close. Figured liebentritt was clear frontrunner. Like the competition

Notable to me:

Bullock over Washington

Wallin is such a different body type and size than Robinson

Haven't heard much of anything about Bretz but he is the top backup at a safety spot.

Left Hartzog at corner. That means they either weren't totally comfortable with Hill or comfortable with the other safetys.

Can't remember where I watched him but I really like Evans-Jenkins. Nice having a center waiting in the wings rather then just moving someone else who has obvious flaws into center.

Washington’s health remains an issue apparently. Him getting significant minutes in 1st game is key, imo.

Four freshman/redshirt freshman on the OL depth chart. Looks like the youth are working to set and build for the future. Nice.

I think they are totally different types of players. Bonner can line up all over the field and make plays with the ball in his hands, while Libentritt is a true lead-blocker type FB.

I’m thinking Teddy not participating in practice the past couple of weeks has slowed in process..

He once was our best offensive lineman, don’t know if we ca say that presently..
Scott will be our best. Doesn't matter if Teddy was healthy or not.
