does anyone know if a link to the depth chart is still on the site after the revisions?
I can't seem to find it.

Don't know, but never saw one in pre-season.I second that, Please let me know. I would like to know an active up to date depth chart.
Keep looking, if you find it let us know.

Blake Bone? Why is he so far down the depth chart. I thought he was going to make a great big target for TD receptions in the red zone.
This higher math is killing me. :flush:Well considering Greenwood plays Z receiver and Bone plays X I would take that with a grain of salt. Again, we will use 9 or so receivers - if Bone is in that 9 he will play, if not he will sit. It's no more complicated than that.

Educate a poor ignorant soul on the differences between each WR position, their roles, and why say Greenwood could not or would not play the X. Why is Bone better suited for the X as opposed to the Z? Seems to me like the guys who have similar body styles to him, Holtzclaw & Ross, are playing the Z while he is playing the X. So, why is he playing a different WR position than those two?
Disclaimer: Nothing about this post is meant to be sarcastic, mean, or negative in any way. I legitimately am ignorant to many of the differences between the X and Z receivers. I know the slot (Y) receiver, and understand his role, but don't know the real differences on why X and Z can't be interchanged as much. Also, is there any significant difference in the Y and the F?
The X receiver has to be able to get off the line, take the hit, and move on, where as the Z, being behind the line, can use his speed to get clear. That is why your smaller faster players are mostly the Z, and the stronger bigger ones are mostly the X.

You are aware that this is a free forum? On HOB you will find the depth chart and roster in about 30 threads. That said the depth chart is now really worthless since fall camp is underway. A lot of changes can be made before now and the first gameIt's pretty sad someone has to link information from a completely different site. Rivals should be ashamed yet I doubt they are since they already have our money.

I think he used LaPlace Transforms on that one, you know, where you transform the problem into another dimension, solve it, and then transform it back for the answer.

:joy:[thumb2]well, since he not playing tougher and getting off the press, he may not be getting off the bench. Improve or get passed.
I think BB worries to much about how pretty he looks when playingThis is what has me kind of confused about Bone. One of the complaints from people here about Bone has been his inability to play tougher and get off the press and get up field. Since he's not doing that it would seem like he might be better suited for the Z. While he isn't a speed guy that can get clear, he wouldn't have to fight through an immediate press and he could then use his size against the DB. I don't know... just kind of strange that our other two big tall receivers are both Z guys while Bone is an X.
