I base it on physically watching him with my own eyes twice this year vs Cabell and Spring. Watching him warm up and play the games, etc. I would take Ahman Ross, Amari Carter, Raheme Fuller, Ameer Speed or several other of those Florida guys rated lower than him over him. If Speed, Fuller, or Ross lived in WV they would be the best 3 players in the state. IMHO of course.

A 2-star anymore is simply Rivals saying they have nothing on the kid to make a solid evaluation, or they won't be evaluating. Star ratings are less and less about the kid's true talent and potential.

You aren't kidding. Fuller is a high level guy. Imagine if he lived in WV, he would be best player to come out of WV in a long time and rated 4* easy.
