My wife was pediatrics nurse for years. Names like D'Erik are why I don't let her look at sports boards.

She had a "Tequila" show up once. Why did the Mom name her that? It's what she was drinking the night her and the unknown Daddy did the deed. Lol.

Given recent history, I would say Oklahoma is a highly possible landing spot for the Houston QB. LSU is another according to Finebaum.

Interesting he put entered the transfer portal last night——to get buzz and maybe better offers..

Pretty much asking players to waste a year of their life so the "team" can be better next year is ludicrous. If you are professional, then you are paid to do what the organization thinks is best. If you are kid with NFL potential however, that's asking you to forgo a year of NFL pay for NOTHING. If it's to stay on a team with great potential to win at high level, that is at least understandable. This is asking to waste a year doing nothing just to then maybe get a chance to ne on a competitive team in the next year. I thought Holgorsen was lazy and lacked the personal discipline to inspire the necessary discipline in his players while at WVU. I never thought he was malevolent. But this action in Houston in the first year moves from incompetent to @sshole territory.

Arkansas most likely.
Could be LSU but I think they like Myles Brennan.

Joe Brady has followed King on Twitter but he was going to Florida State until Briles left.

No need for any of that.

Lincoln Riley loves the kid, but I dont know he could do as well as they've become used to at oklahoma recently

Riley could create an offense for any QB but he prefers someone that can go through their progressions.
Best way to move the ball is still through the air.
Rattler is their QB. Hurts came in because Arizona High School's don't allow students to graduate in December.
Couldn't go through spring practice.

OU has to win to get players to look at them. Not having a QB is what is keeping teams from winning more than anything.

That's the kid that played high school basketball with Nico Mannion? From Arizona. He was #1 dual threat out of high school, I don't follow them that closely has he looked good since he got there? It he meets his potential early they might not miss a beat, depending on the weapons he has around him, dont they lose some offensive skill players this year?

He is still going to be raw so you have to confuse him.
With pressure but he can create.

Probably a more advanced Spencer Sanders right now.

I doubt King ends up there.
Most likely Arkansas. Has to attract attention from the NFL.
If he is looking at numbers over development he will stick with Briles.

Oregon is a slight chance.

Too bad his name is D'Eriq

That's not what it say's in the header. The kid's name is Derrick plain and simple. Sweet Jesus, what a bunch of girly men!

Joe Thiesman started all this crap when he and ND changed the pronunciation of his name to rhyme with "Heisman". Someone should have broken that jackasses leg. Wait...They did and it was lovely!

Tony Dorsett didn't help when he got to Dallas and announced his name was really pronounced "Dor-Sett". He should have been smacked in the back of the head with a thick oak plank, but no one could catch the midget.

Pennsyltucky, the source of all things evil.

The strength of a program can rise the ceiling but it can't determine if a coach wins or not.

That is on him. WVU just felt their ceiling is winning the Big 12. Dana never came close.

But Dana is going to win some games based on his ability to open up the field.

King needed to develop more.

Reason why he most likely won't go to a program that is asking for his development to open up downfield.
