One of the best CBs to ever wear the black and gold. His lack of size and speed limited his effectiveness in the NFL. He got eight years in the league. Congrats on a great football career!

Desmond King and Jaleel Johnson have spent the week with the program informally as interns. Iowa did this 7-8 years ago with Abdul Hodge and Colin Cole.
Noah Shannon is with the program as asst. director of development. He's down about 75 pounds from his playing weight and runs 4-5 miles a day.

I always thought he looked stronger than most CBs. Limited speed, maybe, yeah
I believe he did retire last year after getting released in camp, but eventually came back to a practice squad part way through the year.
Agree. He was very physical in attacking the run. Had CB skills (minus the top-end speed) with a safety mentality.
