This comes from such stories of drug users raping a 4 year old girl and another raping some 76 year old grandmother. 700,000 x drug users and pushers have given themselves up to be rehabbed.

I remember my buddy's dad telling about how a Phillipino taught him how to knife fight back in WWII. He said the first thing is to accept that you are going to get cut.
