I was watching some of the UCONN v Colorado game and saw a Ruffin playing for the Buffaloes, is that Michael Ruffin’s son?

I'm guessing they get a cut of that baller tv. As far as revenue goes, they were pressing nearly 132 if they were lucky? I hope those 127 ate a bunch of popcorn, nachos, & beer. Hopefully Georgia St and Austin Peay will make their overhead, but they probably lost money at that rate.

What a stupid "tournament."

Good practice for early round AAC games I guess. And a neutral court win.

I think Detroit Mercy was a lot closer to their postseason (approximate) 325 ranking in the net, than their gametime ranking of approximately 210 in the sagarin. I think Georgia St is a little better than them. Let's see how we do against Georgia St.

We seemed to play decent defense today, and that's why we won it seems. But we didn't force a bunch of turnovers, we got outrebounded on the offensive boards, we continued to shoot subpar from the free throw line, and our offense wasn't exactly on fire versus them. We beat them soundly, but that was not a confidence builder in the full sense of the word. Reed & Smikle shot better from the field which was one good thing I saw. Don't exactly know what kinds of shots they made and missed, because I caught the game on the radio. But that was one thing they did seem to have going for them.

Wow! I just went on that ballertv site where you can see a few clips of the game as a free preview. It certainly looked like a scrimmage in an old practice gym or high school gym. Not suitable for D1 sports (though I understand some D1 schools play in such places). I guess we did this because we had no other options.

He has to be a junior or senior because we saw him at Myrtle beach when Colorado was there two years ago

Detroit Mercy shot 8% for 3s. I'm gonna assume that's our great perimeter D!
