Even though we are bringing in better talent, there seems to be a lack of development. It kind of reminds me of when Wanny was the head coach at Pitt. They were littered with top recruits, but never developed due to the coaching staff.

I don't think we are bringing in better talent, but I agree players don't seem to develop and improve much between when they first hit the field and they graduate.- Geno and Trickett, I think, showed noticeable improvement from year 1 to 2 .

Other than that, someone is going to have to identify a player who they think got noticeably better during his playing career.

Karl Joseph got better over time and was playing like a complete player until he got hurt.

Kevin White was a totally improved player in 2014 from the inconsistent guy we saw in 2013.
