Anyone else watching it? I had kind of written it off after the last few go arounds, but so far, I think it's been as good as the best Dexter seasons like the Ice Truck Killer, Trinity, and the Bay Harbor Butcher seasons

Do they address advances in technology and explain how he can keep getting away with murders?

I couldn't get into the original show as much as I would have liked because I could not suspend my disbelief that he could get away with all those murders in the age of near universal cellphones and surveillance cameras.

The showrunner changed after season four which was the best season and the peak. It was all downhill after that. It became more ridiculous.
