Now that I have Coop's attention...Dicks Sporting Goods is going to announce they will stop selling firearms altogether. Local gun stores rejoice. Although I'm not sure what percent of sales are gun sales at DSG. I've bought some ammo there, but I'll usually go to a local dealer for my gun purchases.

DSGs gun selections are about like Walmart.

I've got a Bass Pro Shop within 10 miles, a Cabellas (now owned by Bass Pro) about 30 miles away, and a really good gun shop about 2 miles off my normal commute to work. I haven't been in a DSG in probably 3 years, and I wasn't there to look at guns or buy ammo then.
