He threw this team together and clearly knows how to build a TEAM. Just think when he has time to work methodically. Sit back and enjoy it because it's going to be a fun 10-20 years.

Not just him . He said the team was really upset about it. Which sounds normal, but I’ve wondered about some of our past teams .

I wanted the last coach out so bad I didn't care who coached but I initially thought we could have done better than Pope. After 8 games I wouldn't want anyone else. You can't dispute he is intelligent, kind, genuine, and will work tirelessly to bring championships to UK. It appears he will do fine recruiting so I feel confident we will start seeing FFs runs and more soon.

IMO a whole bunch of folks here would have done well to go see CMP being introduced in Rupp last spring. I was a huge fan of him before that, but a lot of minds were changed at that event. Like watching the inauguration of the United States President of College Basketball
