I am certain he will be a credible witness that all African studies classes existed and he was in class with Michael Jordan.

He never went to college but I'm sure by now he's a double major graduate with high honors from Harvard and Yale, but turned down further studies at Oxford in order to start the African studies program at UNC.

Not certain, but I'd guess that was taking place in the late 70s or early 80s. I'm positive Brian was getting our hastages freed in Iran....he wouldn't have had time. He also went on to star in several Hollywood blockbuster movies.......

Well his little suspension is costing him 5 million with many believing he's not coming back.

Doesn't make you look very intelligent believing your own lies.

Our next president told the same type of lie (aircraft fired on) and she will be crowned Queen of the World.

I guess the difference is she didn't believe her own lies and what does it matter anyway.

The awesome news I hear is that Jon Stewart is leaving The Daily Show and changing places with Brian Williams.

Its a perfect fit because Brian Williams telling the fake news on Comedy Central is pretty much expected, and with Jon Stewart taking Williams spot as NBC anchor....they will now have a much more respected fake news reader.

Win-Win

Liberal response - "how do you know he's a liberal? Can you prove that? He's not registered with a party, and he's never stated his affiliation publicly. I think you're reaching here. He could easily be conservative".

LOL. If liberals had brains they would be dangerous. But since they do not we can just laugh at them.

I see in today's news a left wing, Obama voting, Huffington Post reader shot 3 Muslims to death in North Carolina over a parking space. The liberal news media searched the man's past hoping he was a card carrying member of the Tea Party but were so disappointed. Since he was a crazy liberal, the story will go away by sundown.

It's just a rumor I know, but I heard that Hollywood is in touch with his people about a deal to do a re-make of The Lion King. They will title it The Lying King. He should be perfect in the role of King.

Looks like Bill O'Reilly may have Brian Williams problem too

"

American reporters were not on the ground in this distant war zone. "Nobody got to the war zone during the Falklands war," Susan Zirinsky, a longtime CBS News producer who helped manage the network's coverage of the war from Buenos Aires, tells Mother Jones.
She does not remember what O'Reilly did during his time in Argentina.
But she notes that the military junta kept US reporters from reaching
the islands: "You weren't allowed on by the Argentinians. No CBS person
got there."

That's how Bob Schieffer, who was CBS News' lead correspondent
covering the Falklands war, recalls it: "Nobody from CBS got to the
Falklands. I came close. We'd been trying to get somebody down there. It
was impossible." He notes that NBC News reporter Robin Lloyd
was the only American network correspondent to reach the islands. "I
remember because I got my butt scooped on that," Schieffer says. "He got
out there and we were all trying to get there." (Lloyd tells Mother Jones
that he managed to convince the Argentine military to let him visit
Port Stanley, the capital of the Falkland Islands, but he spent only a
day there-and this was weeks before the British forces arrived and the
fighting began.)

Schieffer adds, "For us, you were a thousand miles from where the fighting was. So we had some great meals.""

Even OReilly's excuse is getting BS called on it.

Bill O'Reilly's account of a 1982 riot in Argentina is being sharply contradicted by seven other journalists who were his colleagues and were also there at the time.
The people all challenge O'Reilly's depiction of Buenos Aires as a "war zone" and a "combat situation." They also doubt his description of a CBS cameraman being injured in the chaos.

"Nobody remembers this happening," said Manny Alvarez, who was a cameraman for CBS News in Buenos Aires.
Jim Forrest, who was a sound engineer for CBS there, said that when he heard O'Reilly retell the Argentina riot story to interviewer Marvin Kalb several years ago, he contacted Kalb and said "I was on that crew, and I don't recall his version of events."

CBS to CNN - no
