Pretty certain Faison's situation is not judical at this point. Still just waiting on a waiver.

If it gets denied, that could elevate as we're moving into the gross incompetence zone.

Almost all of them. But the majority went to Clemson as an undergrad.

I’m confident, with all information in hand, this is a decision that could be made by one person in a single day before lunch break.

To the best of my knowledge it is not. However, if it becomes judicial the FRCP requires 10 days notice of a hearing on a TRO so we are now beyond the first game.

The players that California judge was ruling on were for Southern Cal and UCLA. The article is claiming it's bad news for Faison but that's a stretch since his case would be filed in SC and won't be the same judge, if it even gets that far.
