The Times fluff piece is quick to point out that Halper, Turk, Downer, and Mifsud were not FBI informants. I don't think that was ever the case being presented. I always said western intel, I wasn't certain what org or division they were working for. The key information is that they were not Russian agents, as proposed by the Mueller report.
