Cheap bastards at the local channel won't pay to stay on the air. Thanks a lot. Just lost a watcher of your local programming. Idiots. AND what happens when UK plays on CBS? Can't wait. BBN will burn the f'ing building down......

If it's not just Louisville's channel, but all of the channels that Hearst Television owns...there will be a lot of people upset. I don't see this lasting very long.

I tweeted them this morning and no response. Can only imagine the calls they will get come tourney time. I don't see this lasting longer than a week. I have no idea though.

They had some kind of dispute with Channel 2 in Atlanta on the 1st, but I see it is resolved today.

It could be worse. Here in BG we get NO local programming. No Fox, CBS, NBC, notta. I have called Direct TV several times trying to get a hardship to get locals out of market. Nope, denied. Anyone have a super secret tip that works with them ??

this seems to be the common practice among the pay tv providers. Dish is the worst.

Always amazes me that they claim these disputes are to keep prices down, yet every year they increase our bills

Wonder if this breaches the contract they make you signup for?

#1 - you can still get the channel.

#2 - the dispute will be over in a matter of days if not hours, all the channels have gone through this.

#3 - much more on Dish than WLKY, they're not wanting to be off air.
