I have Direct tv and KMEG my CBS channel has been off the air since before summer. I was getting messages on espn and fox so that will probably go pretty soon too.

Do you get any CBS at all?

I see I’m losing my local FOX but not sure if that means FOX is gone altogether because that s part of my NFL Sunday ticket

How fast of internet do you need? Out here in the county our high speed is 3.0 megabits
Lucky you. I'm paying for 5 but when I do a speed check barely get 2.4. I tried sending in 50%payment on the bill. That worked well. They disconnected me about 45 days later when the unpaid portion got 30 days past due. I forgot the telephone company is like a woman... they hold all the cards

Give Dish and DirecTV a couple years and both will disappear. Dish and ATT have other plans for the future as your friend Google will tell you. In the meantime get used to abrupt service disruptions. Dish is still missing HBO from a year ago and local Fox Sports channels from several months ago. Not surprised BTN joined the list. Just don't start a new two year contract with either one. You will hate yourself and they will not let you leave early without paying a stiff penalty.

Doesn’t a person have a out if they don’t provide the channels advertised or is that in the fine print of the contract that nobody reads

Not a fine print situation. They are up front that they make no guarantees about channels dropping and DISH has had service interruptions for years. The difference now seems to be the severity and frequency of disruptions and the fact Dish seems to be focused on the next big thing, i.e., 5g.

Guess we won't be able to watch the press conference on BTN now will we. Hopefully some of the local stations carry it live
