If true, between Chollie and U of Lol, someone put up a whole lotta hush-hush $$$.

What's another million or two embezzled from the U of L foundation between friends (with benefits)?
UofL fans will tell you that its on Chollie not the University. It is just another black eye for the UL athletic department that happened while he was the head football coach. Banging the wife of a BOT member and about to get deposed. Guaranteed someone put up big hush money to get rid of this story.
The divorce is settled. Big deal. To me the whole C. Strong subpoena thing was all about one side posturing. So what if he had an affair with her? Other than some bad PR, it had no meaning as far as grounds for divorce.
You know Cholly just gave one big pheeew..I was kinda looking forward to the cell records of Cholly's..
Maybe so...no phone records or testifying. Didn't they subpoena to get text and phone calls Cholly made to Ms Blue?
I haven't been home to Kentucky in about 10 years. Can someone please disinfect Jefferson County before I return?

Me too. But that's because we're not among those that obsessed with all LV rather than UK. It's all rather childish.
Chollie probably had an "oh snap" moment when he realized pictures of his Johnson were about to become public. Guess he ponied up some jack to keep that under wraps. Probably had to be quite a bit of coin, Blue is worth a helluva lot more money than Strong is.

I did have a foreman on a TVA construction summer job tell me that it is the most begrudged and least missed thing in the world, you can't wear it out, but the fact remains that it IS just about the most begrudged thing in the world in a lot of cases.
So, what does your wife look like, as good as Blue's, and are you saying you don't mind if she fools around on the side?
That isn't the post I responded to, I have no idea, but you are saying infidelity is something that you AND the courts just laugh off?
Kentucky is a no fault state when it comes to divorce. My guess is Blue just wanted to fight spousal support or child support with the affair. Since it's been settled, I bet his ex-wife's lawyer found some skeletons in Blue's closet, maybe like affairs of his own.

This alleged affair has not gone down well in Austin. The Longhorn nation, boosters and the athletic department is looking down the barrel of bringing winning football back to Memorial Stadium. This coming season will likely, if not for a coaching miracle, find Charlie escorted to the border at Texarkana.

This is not correct. Kentucky is a "no fault" state regarding the grounds for the divorce, i.e., the petitioner alleges the marriage is irretrievably broken but the facts and circumstances leading to that conclusion are irrelevant. Regarding the amount of spousal maintenance, however, fault (adultery but also other elements like abuse, abandonment and fraud) can be considered along with many other factors. See Chapman v. Chapman, 498 S.W.2d 134 (Ky. 1973).

The subpoena wasn't about the divorce at all, it was all about custody.
