Do any of these 4-4 teams get "upset" this week?

All the below need to win this week and are playing teams with losing records: DGN, Zion Benton and Wauconda seem the most shaky of this group. Elk Grove is intriguing, They are 1-7 but have played 7 playoff teams so far and have over 50 points.

Zion (Z.-Benton) 4-4 Fri. vs. 2-6 Libertyville
St. Charles (East) 4-4 Fri. vs. 2-6 Roselle (Lake Park)
Downers Grove (North) 4-4 Fri. at 3-5 Elmhurst (York)
Mt. Prospect (Prospect) 4-4 Fri. vs. 1-7 Elk Grove Village (E.G.)
Chicago (Lincoln Park) 4-4 Sat. vs. 3-5 Chicago (Morgan Park)
Granite City 4-4 Fri. at 1-7 Galesburg (H.S.)
Burbank (Reavis) 4-4 Fri. vs. 2-6 Oak Lawn (Community)
Rock Island (H.S.) 4-4 Fri. at 2-6 Peoria (Richwoods)
Grayslake (North) 4-4 Fri. vs. 2-6 Grayslake (Central)
Lemont (H.S.) 4-4 Fri. at 2-6 Oak Forest
Wauconda 4-4 Fri. vs. 3-5 Fox Lake (Grant)

Morgan Park probably has the best chance of this group to pull off the upset. Amongst common opponents the score differential is pretty close between Lincoln Park and the Mustangs of MP. This is definitely a pick’em

Will be intresting to see if Zion can come through against a tough NSC opponent. This is LV playoff. These teams like to knock off a potential playoff team. Zion should be tough on that grass field.

I think only four where I could see a potential upset:
-Elmhurst (York) over DG North
- Morgan Park over Lincoln Park
- Libertyville over Zion-Benton
- Fox Lake Grant over Wauconda

I also see a few 5-3 teams get upset and potentially knocked out
4-4 Bensenville (Fenton) over 5-3 Palos Heights (Chicago Christian)
2-6 Burlington Central over 5-3 Westmont (Not really an upset as Westmont's schedule is garbage, but record wise it still is)
3-5 Troy (Triad) over 5-3 Mt. Zion

Lemont is on the road against Oak Forest, whose head coach (Brian McDonough) is in his last game in the position after 22 years at the helm. I would expect nothing will be held back by the Bengals to help Brian go out as a winner.

Grant will not beat Wauconda. I would be absolutely shocked if they did

I could see St Charles East losing to Lake Park. StE is the better team but the wheels seem to have fallen off for the Saints and LP is probably better then their 2-6 record.

What about DGS playing Willowbrook? Any chance they win and potentially push Brother Rice to 7a?

I guess Zion wasn't as shaky as you thought

Libertyville's playoff game was trying to knock Lake Forest out the week before...when that didn't happen, i think they were done.

Zion has waited a long time for this...happy both LF & Z-B got in and the NSC has five teams.
