That’s called toxic positivity and it destroys work places and sports teams alike. This team isn’t close to being consistently good and everyone has watched all year how bad we have been most nights.
When we beat St. John’s and Indiana, I think many of us were hoping the team had turned the corner.

It’s the same way I hoped beating Michigan in the 2023 season or winning at Tennessee would turn the corner.

Many times an inconsistent team is just that — an inconsistent team.

Would I like the last game to be an indicator of things to come? Yes! Would it be wise to expect that? No, it wouldn’t.

However, there are examples of turning points for teams in the past:

2004 @ Georgia
2011 vs Princeton

I hope so. It’s hard to win on the road though in college basketball and I’m afraid it’ll be even harder for this team. This will be one of the easier road games on paper, so they need to take it
