Krill Oil and Vitamin D for now. But I really need to take a few hours and see what else is out there. Buddy sent me something Rhodiola for mood. There's just an ever-growing market for biohacking. Some interesting stuff, and some is just a waste of money. Hard to sift through the BS.

Vitamin C, 1000 MG. Glucosamine, and a men’s one-a-day, and a garlic gel tablet.

Oh, and a table-spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother, each day. A remarkable appetite suppressant.

Thats too much Vitamin C per day, completely unnecessary. Its ok to take it when youre around someone sick, but daily could catch up to you.

Careful with the Apple Cider Vinegar on the daily. Its so acidic it eats your teeth. My best friend is a dentist, he's had many healthy patients that required the removal of all their teeth from years of using it.

I immediately brush my teeth after use, having researched it on the interweb!

A remarkable dietary help for me. Some can’t stand the taste, but I’ve dropped 30 pounds in 6 months and the only conscious change I’ve made is drinking lots of regular soft drinks instead of diet. On many occasions, I have had to remind myself to eat, as I had skipped a meal, and gone more than 10 hours without eating, and still not feeling hungry.

I am guessing you have suffered from Gout. Some of those supplements look familiar.

You do know that not eating is as bad as over eating, right?

Mmmmm.

The Vietnam Nam POW’s who were nearly starved to death, some for more than 7 years, had some amazing stats late in life, especially cardio-vascular.

I try to eat enough, when I remember to.

Seriously, I had gone 25 years on a small weight gain, a pound or two a year, and this stuff has made it easy. I exercise a lot . . . I am hand-sawing/splitting trees and saplings into fire wood. I have 1,400 small pieces since Feb. 20th, and feel the best I have in 25 years.

Then excuse me!! Go on with your bad self. Dr. tells my prediabetic wife that all the time.
