Do you think Kentucky/Southern women are the prettiest?

I can't tell a difference. There are pretty women in every state, every country, and every race to me.
Agreed. Of course outward beauty is the most important. I will say that a woman's personality can greatly enhance or cripple their looks. The Kardashians for example......There's a fair amount of outward beauty there.......whether genuine or faux......but my goodness do they lose attractiveness points with the way they act.
This is something where I will treasure Southern girls above some other parts of the country. I would so much rather go muddin' in a 4x4, or fishin, or catching a SEC football game with a Southern girl, than to sit around eating Kale smoothies complaining about Global Warming with some West coast girl.
The southern girls, with the way they talk, they knock me out when I'm down there.
The California women you see are often transplants from different states. They just flock there but belong to other states.

Highest concentration of hot chicks I've ever seen was on the campus of Miami University in Oxford Ohio. Dayum!!!! Half those co-eds are 8 or better.
Southern women are damn good looking, no question, but certain areas of NYC have blocks full of smoking hot women. No telling where they are from, but the model/actress/singer/dancers there are amazing.
But the single most target rich environment I have ever personally witnessed was in was Buckhead in Atlanta one year while running in the Peachtree 10,000. Every bar we went to must have had a "8 or higher" looks requirement to gain entry.

I'm going to say hotness has no boundaries, with one exception. Indiana. I spent a week in Indianapolis and was severely underwhelmed. There are pretty women, but not the numbers I've seen elsewhere.

California. It's not just transplants anymore. Hot girls that moved there thirty years ago to make it big have all bred. And they expert just as much as import. Those hot Oregon cheerleaders or all of Arizona state coeds? Those are California girls.
Shout out for Texas. I thought i'd seen beauty in far away places, until I looked upon those Houston faces. I've spent Hollywood nights up in Beverly Hills, but they weren't nothing like one night down in Brownsville.
I moved from the SE to the MW in 8th grade. There was a significant drop off in terms of talent. Also, some of my buddies from an out-of-state high school went to Owensboro with me. They couldn't believe how good looking the women were. Texas and California are tough; there's just so many more people it can skew the results.
Went to IU Bloomington my freshman year before transferring to CAIT....the difference in the number of hot chicks, in raw numbers let alone per capita (IU is significantly bigger) at UK was staggering. Staggering. That's an awful state up there.
There are hot women just about anywhere if you exclude the ugly ones. Areas with larger populations will have more hotties. I saw a lot of hot women when I was in Las Vegas. Some working there, and others visiting.

Back in the 80s, when they were our enemy, Eastern Europe was supposedly filled with fat weather beaten shot putters coming off a steroid cycle.
Now that they buy Coke, Microsoft and Ford Mustangs, it's nothing but supermodels as far as the eye can see.
I thought he was joking with the Eastern Europe answer. Everybody knows if we're going to bring Europe into the discussion of hot women then the correct answer is Spain. That is pretty much automatic.
