Living in Ohio I can say that Kentucky girls are a hell of a lot prettier than here. The amount of talent here in Ohio and OSU is staggeringly horrible.
This is the corect answer, and other nordic women as far as europe goes... then slavic and italian women, these are pretty much not debatable observations if you go set foot in different parts of europe.
US i think its the southwest then southeast, but the differences aren't as profound as in europe where say British isle women average looks and how hot the average hot chick is much lower than in say sweden.
