Do you think Locksley&Zook might take a page out of the Ferentz&Beilima coaching handbook for how to beat PSU by purposely injuring PSU's QB?

not sure if these hits were intent to injure, but we have to keep Clifford healthy as we have NO QB option that can beat any team on our schedule. what is tough is that we haver depended on Sean getting some key runs, as the run game is so challenged. how do wo keep Sean healthy, and have some run game with RBs.

Zook was out of coaching at that time. Hired as an analyst for CBS in August 2012.
There was no team to play on at SMU in 1987. The players were given their release .
I would think that players that no longer had a team would be happy to receive offers from another team.

First off I don't believe you secondly and maybe more importantly why would it matter since SMU HAD NO TEAM AT THAT POINT.
They did (allegedly - link below), but like I said above, Zook wasn't a coach at IL when our "sanctions" were levied. He was fired in November 2011. The sanctions hit in July 2012, no?

So why were you hiding after the Illinois game? There has to be a logical explanation.
When I started on these sites, I don't recall the daily need to complain about the coaches, the officials, the players the Cotton Bowl instead of the Rose Bowl...blah,blah blah....DITTO THAT
This is my team (has been for 60 years, I respect this coach (a worthy successor to JVP), and I don't need them in the playoffs or to win every game in order to enjoy life. God, it must be horrible to have to live with or work with some of the misanthropes that frequent these boards.
