I'm not looking for a guy who is licensed or has any training or experience. That's ridiculous.

I would like someone who has never done the job before but talks big and says he can install the best system ever.

Perfect. But a casino owner who has filed bankruptcy six times is even better. FYI: I'm also easily swayed by tough-talking rich guys who were born with silver spoons

And he was a senator, taught constitutional law (not that the constitution is a big deal or anything), and was a Civil Rights attorney.

Keep to the subject. I'm looking for a guy with absolutely no experience.
