I am switching from Uverse because they failed to show up six straight times during their four hour Windows to fix my internet, tv , phone. Yes three days of having to be home while they were no shows even though they promised each time they would show "if you'll just stay home for the next four hour period"

I have decided against Direct TV because they are also owned by att now and I want nothing to do with them.
What are my other options? Anyone do Roku ? Can you stream all UK games live through it?
Dish what is there service like now and any problems with getting Uk games ?

Any advice would be appreciated .

My internet service went down recently and I went ballistic when they wanted two weeks to come out and fix it. Finally came out after nine days of complaining. The bad thing was they were promising a complete install in three days for new customers, and when they did come out it took about ten minutes to replace the unit on the antenna. I guess money talks, and my repair was free.

But I had no viable replacement, I will switch as soon as (and if) I ever get a chance.

if it's Time Warner and the service includes a cable box, you're good to go. Even with one of those crappy analog TV converter boxes, you'll be fine. if you have a digital TV and just plug in direct you won't get all the channels that will carry the games.

I switched to Playstation Vue and just get the local channels through Insight for $10. It has the SEC network and all the ESPN stations for $35 a month broadcasted in HD. I'm saving $87 a month over what I was paying Insight. The only thing you need is a Smart TV and an Amazon Fire box for each TV which cost $100 at Best Buys. You can have up to 4 TV's playing at the same time.
